Given to only 50 dealerships nationally, the award recognizes dealers based on their quality levels in motorcycle and related products sales, an evaluation of customer service and satisfaction, their facility, skilled and well-trained staff and various operational measures. In addition to four bronze Bar & Shield awards, this is the fourth Silver Bar & Shield award given to Redwood Harley-Davidson.

We highly recommend the folks at Redwood Region Motorcycle Training. They've been educating our local riders for years. For the want-to-be rider who's never ridden, the former rider who is coming back to the sport after a few years, the person who has ridden with a permit but never gotten his/her license, and anyone who wants to ride safe. Even experienced riders say they get a lot from the course. The curriculum and the instructors are CHP-approved, and passing the course may qualify some riders for a discount from their insurance company.
