Parts Sales/Support

Full-time Parts Sales position with possible duties in shipping/receiving or service writing. Motorcycle experience required, Harley® knowledge preferred. Competitive salary, excellent benefits.


 

Sales Associate

Career opportunity at our expanding dealership. Full-time permanent position for a highly motivated person in clothing and general merchandise sales. Superior customer service skills required, with prior retail experience preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with motorcycles a plus. Excellent benefits. Must be able to work Saturdays.


 

Service Writer/Parts-Service Liaison

Full-time position. Schedule regular service appointments for customers and travelers or emergency needs as required. Prepare repair orders for service work and provide appropriate estimates. In coordination with Service Manager, coordinate work flow for service technicians. Contact customers with updates and authorization for additional repairs as needed. Organize "take-off" parts for return to customers. Cash out customers when work is completed. Act as liaison with insurance companies, assisting in preparation of estimates, obtaining approvals, and scheduling authorized repairs. Work with Parts Department to pull appropriate parts for scheduled services. Knowledge of Harley-Davidson® motorcycles required. Previous service writing experience highly desirable.
